Refund policy
Customer satisfaction is important to Zenvoria. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:

The item is damaged upon delivery

The wrong product was delivered

The product has a manufacturing defect
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Change of mind after delivery

Products that have been used

Minor packaging damage that does not affect product functionality
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified of the approval or rejection of their refund request.
If approved:

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer
